3. AI Generated Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to the Novus OS platform. Content generated by our Expert Agents on your behalf belongs to you, provided you have a valid and active subscription plan.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Novus OS or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Novus OS's website.
